CodeRun: Online/ Web based .NET Development Platform

Was reading blogs this evening and caught an article just posted on the Code Project title “Linq to FQL (Facebook Query Language)”. Found it to be interesting, and clever, but as I finished reading the article, the author Dan-el Khen, listed his current company as CodeRun.

Intrigued I come to find out that CodeRun is a browser-based IDE which allows you to code, compile, debug, test, and deploy code right in your browser… I thought to myself, no way… But, yes way…

From what I can tell so far, it looks like a family affair of two brothers Dan-el Khen and Gilad Khen; check out the CodeRunner blog - http://coderunners.blogspot.com/

I played around a little and am very impressed. Look forward to tweaking around with it more.

I think it is definitely worth checking out!

XP-Dev.com offers up FREE Subversion Hosting and Project Tracking!

I have been a long time fan of Subversion the version control system. Open Source and free as a bird… I derailed from VSS many moons ago after much pain and agony…

Well, a few months ago I ran into a FREE, that’s right, a FREE and secure online Subversion hosting at XP-DEV.com. Really nice group of folks headed by Roopinder Singh, who offer a full 1.5GB of space to you at absolutely no charge!

They have built out a little Project Tracking tool within the site as well so you can manage your projects in an agile manner, including stories, task items, and even bug tracking.

If you are looking for a free home for your code, but don’t want the whole world to be able to get their hands on it check them out at XP-Dev.com.
